Dallas holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Florida and spent nearly three years at EY in Tax Technology & Transformation, building and deploying technology solutions for some of the largest organizations in the world.
Through that work, he saw a pattern that frustrated him. Small and mid-sized businesses were drowning in manual workflows — not because better tools did not exist, but because nobody was building them for companies outside the Fortune 500.
Dallas founded Tealer Consulting to help businesses stop wasting time on manual workflows. He brings enterprise-grade rigor and AI-first thinking to every engagement, with the speed and personal attention that only a founder-led firm can provide.
